Happy Friday!!!

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!
These popovers are so YUMMY...you cannot believe it.  Whenever I do not have bread or have forgotten bread for a meal...I quickily make these popovers!  I always make extra to eat with jam the next morning.  Lets just say...these do not stay inthe house for very long....2 DIE 4!!!!!

This week I served them with fresh blueberry...Ooooh I think I am hungry right now!!!

Kristin's Popovers...

1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/4 Milk
3 Eggs
1 Tablesoon Cooking Oil
dash of salt

Mix up...batter is not thick.  Add to greased muffin tin.  Bake at 450 for 15 minutes...
then 350 for 20 minutes.  They are done when golden brown.

Have a WONDERFDUL weekend!!!
