Kristin, My refrigerator died. I bought a new one and the deliverymen ripped the paint right off down to the metal. Had to wait a week to get a replacement refrigerator. Bought a new kitchen sink (pretty) and while my boyfriend was installing it, the pipe "just broke" and I had to have a plumber come in for 3 hours to replace all the piping under the sink.
